• IBM

  Client need: Several teams within IBM turned to Launch to help crystallize, articulate and disseminate its Dynamic Infrastructure story to various stakeholders in multiple formats.

  Launch solution: In response, we created a variety of collateral types – including a central position paper, PowerPoint presentations, an executive brief and two environment-specific white papers – that focus on IBM's motivations and strategies around the Dynamic Infrastructure, illustrating the value of IBM systems and storage solutions within that rapidly changing and highly fluid environment.

  

  

  

• Iron Mountain

  Client need: Iron Mountain needed help highlighting its findings regarding customer adoption of records management best practices, as well as a smaller abstract to generate interest in the report.

  Launch solution: After Launch built a 32-page customer-facing report detailing the adoption of records management best practices, we created an abstract to drive demand for the assessment and larger document. We also created a complementary sales guide to help Iron Mountain's sales team position the company's unique value add.

  

  

• SunGard

  Client need: SunGard Availability Services needed end-to-end help in creating a comprehensive thought leadership program.

  Launch solution: We worked with the company to build a multi-faceted TL plan and then executed on that plan to create an ongoing and full-blown program. All told, we developed more than 50 pieces over two years.
