Vice President, Client Services, aka Vice President, Sales Enablement:

The Client Services Vice President works alongside the company president, vice presidents and unit managing directors to build and support three key focus areas:

  • Marketing/Solution strategist: Further develop our strategic services/consulting practice areas for asset and content framework consulting, messaging strategy/consulting and serve as SME in defined areas.
  • Service delivery: Provide consulting services in specific strategic areas for our clients, including managing identified key projects and/or clients
  • Consultative sales: Nurture leads/opportunities for consultative services and support all selling efforts as SME, practice lead

This position requires deep knowledge and hand-on experience working with product, marketing and sales teams to develop innovative programs designed to improve sales performance. This individual will act as a thought leader in the practice of sales enablement, including evangelizing Launch's unique methodologies and frameworks that build best practices in asset and content structure and development.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 15 years experience in the technology sector in marketing, sales, sale enablement
  • Proven writing skills are critical for any employee
  • Proven public speaking skills, as this position will frequently speak in public forums and lead workshops on the topics of sales enablement asset and content frameworks, etc.
  • Formal sales training in solution selling or equivalent
  • Experience with salesforce.com and other enabling platforms

    Senior Client Services Manager, aka Sales Enablement Manager: Strategist/Writer/Content Developer

    The Senior Sales Enablement Manager works directly alongside our unit managing directors and vice presidents to help define project strategy and develop client solutions that are unique, relevant and that leverage the variety of delivery media available today.

    For some projects, you may be developing strategy and vision, and managing the work of colleagues. For other projects, you may actually roll up your sleeves and create the work. This position requires a solid foundation of content/copy creation experience, as well as the ability to creatively conceptualize new ways to attack old content challenges. A balance of strategy and execution is key to success.

    Projects can include such work as: client consulting to determine suitable sales enablement assets based on sales process or leading or supporting the messaging creation process, creation of thought leadership, sales kits/tools, whiteboarding conversations, influencer enablement tools, demand gen content, and much more.

      Channel Marketing Manager

      Launch International, Inc. has an immediate opening for a channel marketing manager to support our growing channel marketing practice for our technology channel and distribution clients.

      More than 50% of our strategic marketing and sales enablement projects are for channel organizations at technology vendors and distributors. The individual we are seeking as channel marketing manager will balance strategic marketing and vision, creative and seamless execution, and building relationships and visibility in our channel clients.

      Responsibilities:

      • Manage client relationships with vendor and distributor channel organizations
      • Develop quarterly strategies for channel sales and marketing enablement for specific clients
      • Create and produce high-quality collateral and campaigns for customization and execution for channel partners
      • Help channel partners execute on channel programs and campaigns
      • Proposal support and project tracking
      • Develop and maintain campaign performance tracking and reporting
      • Communicate our success at existing clients and contribute to new channel client development

      Requirements:

      Client Services Associate, aka Sales Enablement Associate: Copywriter/Content Developer

      Client Services Associates work directly alongside our unit managing directors and vice presidents to develop and produce our many deliverables, such as sales tools, whiteboarding and conversation tools, white papers and thought leadership, presentations and scripts, demand gen campaigns, web and social media content, ROI tools, collateral and much more.

      Because of the nature of this position, our headquarters location in Bucks County, PA is the preferred setting for this position, although remote candidates will be considered.

      Corporate Administrator

      The corporate administrator is one of the most important positions in our company, as it shares responsibility for both the CEO/CFO and requires someone as passionate about success as we are.

      In this role, you will manage and optimize the corporate administrative infrastructure for two corporate entities (85% of time spent for one, and 15% for the other.) Most processes are documented, although we look for people who bring fresh ideas for improvement.

      We use Quickbooks, FunctionFox, Salesforce.com, Basecamp and other supporting technologies to support our infrastructure. We are cloud-based and work with a technology service provider (managed by this role.)

      Accountabilities:

      • Manage administrative infrastructure, including book-keeping practices, payroll, tax filings, etc.
      • Handle all deposits and checks, A/P and A/R calls and relationships with suppliers and vendors
      • Manage cash flow and corporate budget for purchase of assets
      • Prepare and update rolling forecast and associated spreadsheets/business unit reporting
      • Act as point of contact for technology and phone support for employees
      • Monitor supply levels
      • Provide traditional receptionist responsibilities (we receive very few guests)
      • Support campaign activities such as list building
      • Act as primary interface for HR activities such as new-hire sign up
      • Act as interface to property tenants (2nd company)

      Skills:

      • Proficient in MSFT office suite
